Cured Meat is a staple of many European countries and becoming more so in the United States. We carry a variety of cured hams ranging from Prosciutto di Parma that has been aged almost 2 years, Jamon Serrano, Jamon Iberico, Jambon de Bayonne, Schwarzwelder Schinken, Schinken Speck and Wild Boar. Pork products are some of our favorite. We also offer an abundance of salami ranging from smoked, peppered, Habanero based, mustard seed, and more. Other meats include Coppa (cured pork shoulder), and its beef equivalent, Bresaola. We work with some of the best Salumi producers in the United States including Olli, Creminelli, Molinari, Schaller and Weber and more.
Let’s not forget our Nitrate free oven roasted Turkey breast from Vermont and our Tuscan cooked ham with rosemary.
